"The Floyd EcoVillage is a wonderful venue to host a variety of events. The Handmade Music School produces many of our programs at the Event Center, including weekly youth music workshops and various multi-day camps and retreats throughout the year. In addition to a wonderful staff, the venue provides a multi-use facility for meetings, classes, workshops, concerts, dances, meals, and breakout spaces for large groups, all in a beautiful setting. The EcoVillage & Event Center is a second home for the Handmade Music School. We highly recommend it to anyone considering a comfortable space to gather like-minded folks in a peaceful yet functional setting close to downtown Floyd."

"The Eco Village has been our go-to venue for Floyd County High's prom for several years, and it never disappoints! The stage provides the perfect space to showcase a stunning display that matches each year's theme, while the spacious dance floor comfortably accommodates a large number of students who love to dance the night away. The main lobby offers ample room for extra decorations, photo opportunities, and socializing, making it an ideal gathering spot. The café is a hit every year, with its cozy setup for punch, appetizers, and even card games for students to enjoy. Our school chef always appreciates the well-equipped kitchen. It makes preparing food a seamless process. Moreover, the patio offers a lovely spot for students to take a breather and enjoy the fresh evening air. The Eco Village staff are incredibly accommodating, and the venue's layout and amenities are top-notch. I can't recommend this place enough for any event—it's truly a gem!"
